Baptism

Baptism is a public declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ and an outward expression of the inward transformation that has already taken place in your life. It symbolizes leaving your old life behind and stepping into the new life Jesus has given you. The Bible says, “We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life” (Romans 6:4). Baptism does not save you, but it is an important step of obedience for every person who has put their faith in Jesus. If you’ve decided to follow Him, baptism is your next step.
